Publication of Report on Red Flags or Other Indicators of Corruption in International Arbitration by ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR has published the ‘Red Flags or Other Indicators of Corruption in International Arbitration’ Report, which is a result of the ongoing work of the Task Force ‘Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration’, that is led by Co-Chairs Sophie Nappert, José Ricardo Feris and Vladimir Khvalei, as well as by Caline Mouawad, Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
