The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR has published the Report Leveraging Technology for Fair, Effective and Efficient International Arbitration Proceedings, which is the work product of the Commission’s working group, led by Chair Stephanie Cohen, supported by Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
