Publication of Report on Facilitating Settlement in International Arbitration

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR published the Report on Facilitating Settlement in International Arbitration, which is the work product of the Commission’s Task Force on ‘ADR and Arbitration’, which was led by Co-Chairs Chiann Bao and Christopher Newmark, and supported by Aisha Nadar, Susanne Gropp Stadler, Victoria Orlowski, Carita Wallgren-Lindholm, Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
