Publication of ICCA Congress Series No. 21: Arbitration’s Age of Enlightenment

The International Council for Commercial Arbitration published the ICCA Congress Series No. 21 (Edinburgh 2022): Arbitration’s Age of Enlightenment, comprising the proceedings of the XXV ICCA Congress, held in Edinburgh from Sunday, 18 September 2022 to Wednesday, 21 September 2022. The Volume includes the conference paper of Melanie van Leeuwen on the topic “Aristotle’s Virtue Ethics in Arbitration”, which is based on the speech she delivered at the XXV ICCA Congress in the context of the panel on “The Renaissance Arbitrator”.
