Publication of Guide on Effective Conflict Management by ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR published the Guide on Effective Conflict Management, which is the work product of the Commission’s Task Force on ‘ADR and Arbitration’, which was led by Co-Chairs Chiann Bao and Christopher Newmark, and supported by Aisha Nadar, Susanne Gropp Stadler, Victoria Orlowski, Carita Wallgren-Lindholm, Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
