Publication ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR has published the ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR, which is the work product of the Commission’s Task Force on ‘Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration’ that was led by Co-Chairs Simon Maynard, Katherine Ramo and Todd Weiler, awareness ambassadors Yas Banifatemi and Albert Jan van den Berg, and José Feris, Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
