ICC wins GAR ERA Pledge Award at the occasion of the GAR Awards in Paris

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR received the GAR ERA Pledge Award for the recently launched ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR. ICC President Claudia Salomon and ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR Chair Melanie van Leeuwen accepted the Award at the GAR Awards Gala on 21 March 2024 in Paris.

The ICC Guide is the work product of the Commission’s Task Force on ‘Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration’ that was led by Co-Chairs Simon Maynard, Katherine Ramo and Todd Weiler, awareness ambassadors Yas Banifatemi and Albert Jan van den Berg, and José Feris, Dr Hélène van Lith and Melanie van Leeuwen on behalf of the Commission’s Steering Committee.
