Mining & Natural Resources

We handle disputes relating to the exploration and exploitation of surface and underground deposits of various natural resources, including gold, silver, copper, uranium, zinc, lead, diamonds and other metals and minerals.

Both in commercial and in investment disputes, we represent clients in matters arising out of concessions, licenses, mining rights, exploration and extraction contracts, royalty agreements, joint ventures, option agreements and other arrangements.
