Energy

We have extensive experience handling disputes in both the conventional energy sector (oil, gas, coal) and the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, tidal, bio-mass, hydro). Whether arising from concessions, exploration and production sharing agreements, power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, long-term gas supply agreements, or transportation and transmission agreements, we have the required knowledge and expertise to resolve such disputes.

We have represented corporate clients, state-owned enterprises, as well as formerly state-owned privatised entities active in power generation, transmission and distribution, as well as large industrial energy consumers and off-takers. Our expertise covers the full range of upstream, midstream, and downstream, exploration, production, pricing, transport, pipelines of oil, gas, LNG, shale, as well as all aspects of power generation, transmission, and trading and supply.
