Corporate & M&A

We represent clients in corporate disputes concerning shareholder relations, corporate governance, post M&A issues, warranty and earn-out claims, joint ventures, as well as in disputes arising out of partnerships.

We handle complex multi-jurisdictional corporate disputes across a wide range of sectors, involving not only the interests of shareholders but also of other stakeholders. We combine our arbitration expertise with knowledge of corporate and commercial law to provide clients with both pragmatic and comprehensive strategic advice in business-critical matters.

We accompany our clients at every stage, from assessing their legal position through a merits analysis to proactively building up their case file, to developing and implementing the strategy, always mindful of the often evolving business interests at stake.
