Arbitration-Related Litigation

As a dispute may not end with the issuance of an award, Vanguard distinguishes itself by planning for a potential enforcement phase from day one. Holding a decades-long track record in attachment, annulment, enforcement, consolidation and revocation proceedings, the Vanguard team has a wealth of experience in pre-emptively protecting and effectively managing the clients’ interest in the enforcement process. In order to ensure that our clients prevail, we coordinate enforcement efforts in multiple jurisdictions around the world.
